Has anyone ever privately built a spacecraft?

Has any small group of people of single person ever attempted to privately build a pilot-able spacecraft? I've been considering the idea for a while and wondering (monetary matters aside) would it be possible to build one legally (I live in Ireland) and if it could feasibly work. Lets say you hired a successful aeronautical engineer specializing in spacecraft and other necessary engineers and had adequate knowledge of he subject yourself, would anything (monetary matters still aside) stand in the way of the spacecraft functioning?

It appears that you do indeed have some mild symptoms of OCD. It is to your benefit to seek help from a mental health professional. The good news is that they have lots and lots of medication for this type of disorder, and most individuals respond quite well to the medication, once you find what works for you. You should ask your parents to set up a mental health evaluation for you. They should do this, but if they do not, I suggest you speak to your school counselor and ask their assistance in the matter. Being a minor and a school student, you should have some kind of health insurance that will cover the cost of this. Should you still have a problem getting hooked up with mental health services, call information on the phone and ask for the number of the nearest public mental health office near you, then call and make an appointment to be evaluated. You should not be ashamed or embarrassed to seek out and go to mental health counseling, for a great many young people such as yourself have mental health issues. The best way to start would be either to join the Air Cadets in your area. Or contact the nearest (small plane) airfield where you can usually get flying lessons. From there, you can get your private licence. And from there you accumulate hours of flying time, then you go from small engines to bigger and bigger planes. A lot of commercial pilots (if not most of them) have gone through the military (Air Force, of course).

I have been feeling abnormally lethargic so i went to the doctor did tests and he said i was amemic and had a vitamin D shortage. A couple weeks after i had uncomfortable pain in my right ovarie then now its moved to like the top right above my vagina and is serious pain when i walk. Even when i dont walk it hurts. I also havent had a period for three months. What does this mean? Idk i it helps but ive been taking iron glycinate vitamin D prematel vitamins. My mom said tht when she takes iron she gets constipated. But ive been have like diarreah.
