Any actual pilots out there? If so, can you tell me:?

What, exactly, do I need to become a pilot, both for private pilot and commercial? Do I need physics? If so, will I need to know a lot of it? (I understand aeronautics is physics, but I'm wondering how far I need to go in physics?) What do you need to become a commercial pilot? And, it would be nice if somebody could give me a website with good information and/or could tell me the salaries and job opportunities of both private pilot's license and commercial pilot's license.
