How Come Johnny Flynn Hasn't Come Big In The NBA Like Some People Thought He Would?

Johnny Flynn makes bad decisions and takes bad shots. How the hell did he not get a chance? He started almost every game as a rookie and got 20 minutes per game last year when every shot he took was a brick and he averaged like 5 TO's a game. I would be ecstatic if we could trade him and get something descent in return.
