What's the best nursing college?

I'm looking at colleges in Georgia and Florida. Florida ones are generally better known or better grade wise, but North Georgia offers the class I want for cheaper. Is the level of the school going to affect my end result? Also, are there any major scholarships available to nursing students due to the nurse shortage? I'm more interested in UNF or even FSU rather than NG, but I'm plenty happy with NG if there will be no difference between the schools in the long run.
