REALLY WOULD LIKE HELP! please answer!!?

I have just turned 14 and live in colorado, U.S.A., I just finished my first rugby season and i'm pretty good, but mainly just love the sport. As you probably know, rugby is not very popular here, though football is and my problem is there are only bad programs, and only sevens due to the shortage of people willing to play here. My question is if anyone knows of a program where I could go to another country for a good rugby program where I would learn a lot, and perhaps help to get onto a higher level... perhaps professional team as an adult? PLEASE answer, thanks a ton! :)
