Why cant i find tutorials on how to draw some of the characters from tangled?

i really love to draw. and tangled is my favorite movie. i can find tutorials on how to draw rapunzel and flynn but not the stabbington brothers and mother gothel. or pascal. i don't want to spend money on coloring books, and every time i try to draw them without a tutorial, i mess up. can somebody please help?
