How to become an airline pilot in India?

hii guys my age is 16 and i just wanna know that do i need to have a college degree? i mean is it recommended???? i also wanna know that what sould i do after i do my 12th?? im currently studing in 11th ..thnx in advance!!!!!!!! :)
