Can a certain college degree improve my chances of passing Marine Corps flight school?

I'm going to do NROTC (Marine option) next year and my goal is to go to and pass flight school and become a pilot. Would getting a certain degree in college help my chances of passing flight school by giving me more knowledge and experience than my peers? I was thinking I would get a degree in aviation (of course) but if the college that I go to doesn't offer that I would also consider aeronautical engineering.
