Can i go into civilian flight school while enlisted in the airforce?

I'm enlisting in the Air force as a mechanic and want to become a pilot but i don't wanna be no Air Force pilot, i want to know if its possible for me to be a part time flight instructor while i am an enlisted airman, or at least if its possible to obtain a private pilot license while enlisted.(time wise)
