Can marriage be registered in ahmedabad if it was performed in bangalore ?

We got married in bangalore on 4th feb'2011 bt could not ghet it registered there due to shortage of time. Now we both are in ahmedabad and working here. can our marrige get registered in ahmedabad or we need to go back to bangalore for registration.
