Do We Have Too Many Foreign Doctors?

We have foreign doctors because there is a doctor shortage. For example, my family doctor is from the Philippines, my dentist is from Canada, and one of the specialists that I see is from Czechoslovakia (formerly). Another specialist is from India. I don't know how long it will continue, but as long as their is shortage of doctors, we might as well get used to seeing foreign-trained doctors.
