Does anyone believes the story behind the oil shortage EPPCO/ENOC?

My answer - based on few things - the companies have been operating at a loss, without as much gov't support as they may have expected. They can not get more stock as they do not have the cash or collateral. Thus, my thgouht is that we may soon see a re-nationalization of the petrol industry in the northern emirates combined with increases in rates to provide another income stream for the north who do not have the natural resources to sell that our esteemed emirate to the south has...
