How easy would it be for an Air Force pilot to switch from an A-10 to a C-17?

Lets say this person spent a few tours fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan flying the A-10. Now he wants to switch over to the C-17 so he can have a future with UPS or Fed-EX when he finishes with the Air Force.
