What are students rights? i mean what rights do students have?

What rights do students have in the form of protesting? Suspension? Surveys? What can and are students allowed to do? how we are protected? I like would like to know federal and Missouri students rights please help. I am trying to get new courses and we have the funding for them but our school wants to use the money on a astro turf football field and not books or anything that the school needs and a lot of seniors worked hard so we could get new math books and now they say we are getting a field and is going to have to deal with our falling apart books and shortage of books....I meant we can't take them home and in class have to share them with 2 sometimes 3 people not even kidding and we want to protest without getting in trouble cause of this terrorism act.... if we have a sit in, or sit outside on The sidewalk we will get arrested and filed as causing a riot, or trying to start terror please help.
