"Year without a summer" Question?

A couple of points being that 1.3�F is a global anomaly, certain places would have experienced a much larger temperature anomaly, and some may have been hotter than average. Another point is that the 1.3 �F is also a average yearly temperature. If I recall, the summer months experience a much larger temperature difference from the norm, where other months may have been above normal in certain areas.
