Does the FAA test for Marijuana on a class 3 medical exam?

I just graduated High School and Vocational for Aviation aerospace tec with a grade A. However, I have been flying with my dad who is a CFI and has been training me for my private pilot. I now logged 27 hours and am ready to solo but need a class 3 medical Exam to do so. But here's that catch... I smoke marijuana about 3-4 times a week for the past year. I come to find that smoking has not affected any of my learning abilities as my grades demonstrated. My passion in life is to fly and of coarse i realize that smoking will have to come to an end as I get my higher ratings. but the bottom line is, im living life to the fullest and having a great time doing so, and as any typical teen does. But of coarse I will NEVER let that get to the controls of my C-172! ( I- A.M - S.A.F.E) I just don't want to see my Dreams die out over something that everyone does as a kid. All i ask is an Honest factual answer and not someone who is trying to wreck my day. Thanks =)
