I want to become SQADRON LEADER in INDIAN AIRFORCE.Plz sir/madem/guyzz HELP ME.Q IS :---------------?

I m 20 male and doing BE IN ECE from GTU with 1st class. i just want to become Pilot (officer) in IAF.BUT i have eye sight of -2.5 and i want to become pilot in any circumstances.i will do laser operation for my eyes. WHAT SHOULD I DO????PLZ HELP ME...Explain me .thanks....!
