Should I omit an employer who recently fired me from my resume?
I had only worked for this company for two months and was subsequently fired due to some philosophical differences. The COO told me that if they were asked about my employment from future employers, they would explain that my termination was a result of work shortage. However, I think most HRs would be able to see through it. What I'm worried about is that if I don't include this experience on my resume, it might come back and bite me in the *** later. On the other hand, I'm concerned that this may be a blemish on my resume and turn off future employers. What should I do?
